The owner of the website at https://raygenic.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) is Raygenic  Sp. z o.o. with a seat in Poland, Warsaw, ul. Twarda 18 (hereinafter „Raygenic ”).

The processing of your personal data does not include automated decision making, including profiling.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

The personal data we process in relation to your use of our website may be shared with:

  1. Our authorized employees and persons cooperating with us on the basis of civil law contracts
  2. Our suppliers and service providers in the area of:
  • hosting and maintenance services for our website, ICT services and IT support and security services,

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)?

  2. object to the processing of your personal data, in cases specified in art. 21 – you can object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, at any time if we process your data based on our legitimate interests (e.g. for the purposes of marketing our products and services),
  3. withdraw your consent – If we process your data based on your informed consent, you can withdraw your consent; this action will only apply to the future and will not affect any legal data processing before the withdrawal of consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data if you believe that the data controller processes your personal data contrary to the legal requirements. The supervisory authority is competent for your place of residence or residence. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (https://uodo.gov.pl).

We make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data through organizational and technical protection measures that prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data.

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATE

Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be made by publishing its new version on our website.

The current version of the Policy is effective from October 1, 2023.
